Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City Wedding | Amber + Brian
Apr 13th
An airy, contemporary chic wedding at the unique Intercontinental Los Angeles Hotel, Amber and Brian had family and friends gather to celebrate their union as one! The rooftop of the hotel offers spectacular views of the city; a perfect spot for the bride to reveal her wedding day look to her soon-to-be husband! The Intercontinental Hotel offers a gorgeous garden with a cobblestone path for the bride to walk down to her groom, as well as a grand ballroom for an evening filled with food and dancing! Each bridesmaid held a bouquet of white flowers with a navy blue ribbon matching their attire. The bride also had a white bouquet with accent flowers draping down in front. The tables had navy blue sequin linen matching the color scheme of the wedding party. The sweet heart table had ghost chairs that read “Hug Me” and “Kiss Me“ on the opposing chair. Reception tables had a white base and a clear top with many different types of white flowers across it. The white dance floor, had a blue custom monogram and was a hit when Amber and her bridesmaids did a choreographed dance for their family and friends! The beautiful wedding cake had blue flowers along with cascading white flowers to match the theme! Amber and Brian were incredibly fun to work with! We loved the elegance and creativity of their wedding and thank you Priscila for these stunning images!
Hotel Maya, Long Beach Oceanfront Wedding | Wonhee + Sungmin
Mar 23rd
Who needs a destination wedding in Hawaii when you could bring the sea to you? Having lived so close to the coast in southern California, Wonhee and Sungmin have always wanted to go sailing. Their wedding was at the Hotel Maya in Long Beach, across from the gorgeous harbor of Long Beach. The inspiration board allowed for this nautical themed wedding to be unique, fun, and elegant as we had a chance to play with the dessert bar by incorporating cute donut lifesavers!
At the ceremony, ropes resembling those of boats, lined the aisle and were incorporated in the brides bouquet. The bride and groom had their very own personalized stationary with an anchor design as well as custom linens and napkins. The ring pillow had an anchor design as well. We got creative with the bride and groom sign using the nautical inspiration and created the captain and first mate sign! The personalized dance floor monogram was an eye catcher for all of the guests.
With a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and the wedding’s beautiful light blue, navy, light grey and soft butter details, Wonhee and Sungmin invited their guests to come sail away with them on their next journey together. Studio EMP did a fabulous job with the photography at the wedding!
Vibiana Downtown Los Angeles Wedding l Tina + Jonathan
Jul 2nd
A melodious wedding in a timeless venue, Tina and Jonathan were the sweetest couple with unique ideas for their special day. We invested 10 months planning this wedding, all beginning with the couple’s engagement session. The ceremony was held at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles. The formal Cathedral of St. Vibiana dates back to 1876. The cathedral is modeled after the Italian Baroque style, that is dramatic yet tasteful. Key elements to this wedding design were pieces of sheet music used in several different ways. The addition of candle light during the reception added warmth to the white floral and the venue itself. One of our favorite elements was designing and styling the dessert table on the vintage piano and vintage furniture. A special thank you to Callaway Gable for the amazing photographs!
Double Tree by Hilton, Downtown Los Angeles Wedding l Yoon + Bryan
Jun 30th
They say all you need to put something together is a needle and a thread, that’s exactly how Yoon and Bryan became sewed together as one. The couple married in downtown Los Angeles at the Double Tree by Hilton, downtown Los Angeles. Bella Destinee decorated the event using the needle and thread accents with color accents of creamsicle orange, white, gray and pops of navy. The bouquets included a handful of different flowers with the same color scheme and the addition of pale pink and light yellow roses. The wedding ceremony took place outdoors; each chair had a personal hand fan for guests to use. The invitations and place cards were white with orange chevron stripes to give that modern touch. Our favorite element of Yoon and Bryan’s wedding was the spindles that held the place cards for guests to find their seats. Guests loved the mini thread favors. The reception took place indoors and each centerpiece sat in a tall white vase with orange and white roses cascading over the top. The head table had different types of vases, each vase holding a different type of flower. Yoon and Bryan’s wedding was bright and colorful, just like the couple! Bella Destinee truly enjoyed designing this lovely sewing-themed-wedding. A special thank you to Daniel & Neoprophoto for sharing these beautiful photos.

These flowers take centerpieces to another level. This design will go well with a modern wedding.

How to? Each clear vase holds one white ranunculus suspended in air by clear fishing lines.
