Happy Friday! I hope you are having a lovely week so far!
My week is best summed up in one word: whirlwind! I have been extremely busy for the past few weeks, gearing up for the spring weddings coming up. I love seeing my darling clients on various meetings and I am eagerly looking forward to all the fabulous events we’re planning & designing for them. I’m seriously too excited~~!
As you may all know, I always carry a camera everywhere I go. I just love taking photos of anything interesting and inspiring. So here are some random snap shots of my life lately…
A couple of weeks back I had the pleasure of attending The Cream, a wedding showcase at the trendy Book Bindery in Culver City. It was so neat to finally have seen this ultra-unique, urban-chic venue!

Utterly Engaged Leap Year Party at Pandora | Bella Destinee Weddings and Events

Each year Utterly Engaged magazine hosts a design challenge party where teams compete for the best tablescape design. I had the opportunity to attend the Leap Year Remix Party held at Pandora on Green in Pasadena a few weeks ago. The event benefited Shelterbox (an amazing organization that provides survival kits in disaster torn areas), and each team designed tablescapes by blending two cultures from countries that have been touched by Shelterbox. I fell in love with the bright colors and amazing textures used for each table.
My camera pictures don’t do any justice but below is the highlight of the evening. Enjoy~
Oh and let’s not forget this delightful dessert bar created by Pandora pastry chef! Chocolate cake pops, macaroons, red velvet cupcakes, and gourmet truffles kept me very hyper that evening. This picture below will prove just that! ^^

Ah. The City of Light… It is acknowledged to be the most romantic metropolis, with amazing landscapes, remarkable monuments, magical lights, best patisseries, and fine works of artwork.
Paris was absolutely wonderful….wandering about the city and getting lost among les Parisiens was a dream.
I plan to blog specific stand-outs from my trip to Europe soon but here is an amuse bouche from Paris until then.
