New office, updated website, new member to our fabulous team, 5th year anniversary for wedding planning, and maturing a year– BIGGGGGGGG CELEBRATION!!!!!

To commemorate this wonderful occasion, BD’s team pampered ourselves with an exciting Sex and the City themed photo shoot session with the ever-so-great photographer, Natalie Murray-Garay.

The photo shoot took place during sunset on the rooftop of BD’s office, overlooking the beautiful city scene of L.A.                                               It was SO. MUCH. FUN.

I remember Carrie saying in the Sex and the City movie that people go to NYC to find the 2 big L’s: Label and Love.

As we are getting closer to a very busy season, we’ve been getting a lot of calls and emails inquiring about an internship with Bella Destinee. If you are interested in learning about what the wedding industry is all about, here’s your chance.
We are looking for dedicated, creative, and fun-to-work-with interns.
.

Qualifications are:
1) Must have strong communication and organization skills. 2) Must be able to work on weekends including Friday (because most wedding are on weekends). 3) Must have strong commitment, dedication, and professionalism. Other than that, you get to use your creativity a lot and be ready to have a ton of fun.

Description:
Interns assist the head wedding planner with day-to-day office work including client contact, vendor communications, contract review, database & file management, wedding assistance, venue visitation, client meetings, etc…

Hours:
10 – 15 hours per week

Who will be hired?
1)  We’re looking for someone who can work hard, laugh hard, and think fast on their feet.
2)  Do your research. I’m not asking for a book report, but at least show us that you are a right fit in this industry as opposed to blindly sending out your resume.
3) We sell ideas and style…Plain and simple. When we meet, I need to see how you would meet with my clients and vendors. So yes, first impression and appearance matters: your clothes, hair, makeup, accessories, etc… Does your clothes fit properly? How well are you put together? Are you personable and witty? Are you shy and reserved?, etc… But more than anything, if you are passionate about helping brides on their most important day of life, you’re ready.

Festival of Brides, The Upscale Bridal Show is the oldest and most glamourous upscale bridal show in the state of California. Celebrating 20 years of extraordinary bridal events!
